Formulaic romantic comedy; but the romantic leads were both incredibly gorgeous. My real frustrations with it were that there wasn’t enough buildup to show why Lopez’s character made the initial decision to get pregnant (we somewhat learn toward the middle) and that her character was implied to be white (her mother and grandmother were white bread). I understand that Hollywood needs to sell to a white audience in order to make money, but it felt somewhat silly. I had a ton of fun and just loved the atmosphere of the event.
